About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 and No. 461

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545, No. 91, Art. 3674; 2014, No. 65, Art. 1798; 2017, No. 12, Art. 335, No. 84, Art. 2567; 2019, No. 24, the Art. 847, No. 36, the Art. 1264, No. 58, the Art. 1999) and of May 21, 2012 No. 461 "About approval of the inventory which import to customs area of Ukraine and/or movement by the territory of Ukraine by through passage and internal transit is performed on condition of obligatory provision to customs authorities of providing customs payment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, by Art. 1554; 2013, No. 97, Art. 3578; 2014, No. 48, Art. 1267; 2015, No. 59, the Art. 1936) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the first, fourth - the sixth subitem 1 and the subitem 2 of Item 1 and Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.
