Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2018 No. 867 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 98, the Art. 3226), changes which are applied.

1. Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of determination for the purposes of Item 13 of this provision of the prices of two periods of delivery: month and quarter, NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy acquires natural gas at the price which is the average arithmetic price of sale/supply of natural gas for the corresponding month and quarter less the trade allowance (markup) of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy at the 1,917 level of percent of the specified price.".
