1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 16.08.2024 No. UP-111
2. Determine that on state bodies, financial institutions, insurance and non-governmental organizations responsibility for implementation of functions on support of development of small business according to appendix No. 2 is conferred.
Warn heads of local authorities of the government, and also specified in appendix of the ministries, departments and structures that their activities will be estimated on that how effectively they promote development of small business, private entrepreneurship.
