About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 16, 2018 No. 6
For the purpose of implementation of the subitem "v" of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 №294, according to Item 8 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union are established (appendix №9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 8 of appendix №2 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 16, 2018 No. 6 "About approval of the list of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of the document on assessment of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of machines and the equipment" (TR CU 010/2011)" the following changes:
a) to add the name and Item 1 after words of "the document on assessment of conformity" with words "(data on the document on assessment of conformity)";
b) in the list of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of the document on assessment of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of machines and the equipment" (TR CU 010/2011) approved by the specified Decision:
