According to subitem 65-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the subitem 2) "About microfinancial activities" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: parts two of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of the organization performing microfinancial activities according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about classification of assets by the microcredits provided to physical persons and legal entities according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about classification of contingent obligations by the provided microcredits according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) report form about results of implementation of additional types of activity according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) report form about the microcredits provided by electronic method (online the microcredits), and the elicited fraud facts on them according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

6) report form about structure of investments into the capital of legal entities according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

7) report form about the main sources of the attracted money according to appendix 7 to this resolution;

8) report form about the microcredits issued to physical persons and legal entities by credit partnership including on which overdue debt, according to appendix 8 to this resolution is had;

9) report form about the microcredits of pawnshops including on which overdue debt, according to appendix 9 to this resolution is had;

10) report form about changes on the granted loans (microcredits), including in regional and industry section, according to appendix 10 to this resolution;

11) No. 39 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 25.07.2025;

2. The microfinancial organizations represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of the microfinancial organization) quarterly, to the twenty fifth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter, the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4), 6), 7) of Item 1 of this resolution.

2) item 4  of the List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes concerning the submission of the reporting approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2018 No. 159 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning submission of the reporting" are made (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17391, it is published on October 2, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

4. To provide to department of statistics of the financial market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and item 4 of this resolution.

5. To department of external communications - the press service of National Bank to provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abylkasymova M. E.

7. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020 and is subject to official publication.
