About additional measures for development of fair trade in consumer goods

For the purpose of the most complete saturation of the consumer market of regions of the republic goods of national production, establishment of close trade and economic relations between the manufacturing companies of consumer goods and the organizations of retail trade the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the offer of the Complex of production of consumer goods and trade of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyats of the Kashkadarya, Namangan, Samarkand, Khorezm regions and Tashkent on creation of regional permanent trade fairs of consumer goods based on the wholesale companies formed according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 4, 2003 N62 "About Additional Measures for Development of Wholesale Trade" according to appendix.

2. Consider the main objectives of permanent regional trade fairs:

the organization of different types of the trade fairs for sales of goods issued by producers of the republic including seasonal, thematic fairs, exhibitions sales, demonstration and sale of new models of goods, etc.;

carrying out marketing researches of environment of the domestic market of consumer goods with provision of this information to participants of the fair biddings;

preparation of reasonable requests to producers on production of goods, best-selling at the population, development of the recommendations submitted on increasing the product range, improvement of design, quality and packaging of goods;

attraction for participation in fairs of wide range of the domestic enterprises issuing consumer goods, including the companies of small and private business, exposure to the fair biddings and realization of the goods made by them;
