2) report form about accomplishment of prudential standard rates and other regulations and limits, obligatory to observance, according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about disaggregation of the assets weighed taking into account credit risk according to appendix 2-1 to this resolution;

4) report form about disaggregation of the maximum extent of risk on one borrower according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

5) report form about authorized and own capitals, and also about leverage ratio according to appendix 4 to this resolution;
