"2. In State Healthcare Institutions rendering paid medical services by the staff employees containing at the expense of budgetary funds if proceeding from medical and diagnostic opportunities of data of organizations introduction of the separate established posts containing by extrabudgetary funds is impossible is performed according to the list of types of the paid medical services rendered by the staff employees of State Healthcare Institutions containing at the expense of budgetary funds (further - the list) created according to the legislation.

Annually till January 15 the list affirms the head of State Healthcare Institution and is approved:

with the Ministry of Health - the State Healthcare Institutions financed from the republican budget;

with Healthcare Committee of the Minsk Gorispolkom, head departments (managements) of health care of regional executive committees - the State Healthcare Institutions financed from local budgets.
