1. Approve Regulations on features of forming and use of the extrabudgetary funds received from rendering paid medical services and (or) carrying out clinical testing of medicines, medical products in State Healthcare Institutions it (is applied).
2. Grant the right to explain questions of application of this resolution to the Ministry of Health.
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 30, 2016.
