About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective till December 31, 2019.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. To add the subitem 5 of Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"works on capital repairs of the dangerous office building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on rest. to Rylsky, 8, in Shevchenkovsky district of Kiev - at the rate to 40 percent of cost of works on the agreement (contract);

works on reconstruction of system of the fire-proof alarm system in office buildings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Ulitsa Mikhail Grushevsky, 5 and 18/2, - at the rate to 100 percent of cost of works on the agreement (contract);".
