About modification and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2019 No. 30 "About modification of Item 1 of the Procedure for contribution to the government budget of part of net profit (income) by the state unitary enterprises and their associations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 10, the Art. 363);

Item of 3 changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 22, 2019 No. 412 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 43, the Art. 1487).

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of contribution to the government budget of part of net profit (income) by the state unitary enterprises and their associations, No. 138 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 576; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1283):

1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word and figures "for the companies which amount of net profit actually in the corresponding accounting period makes more than 50000 thousand hryvnias, and 50 percent - other companies" to exclude;
