About measures for enhancement of the organization of fair trade

For the purpose of the most complete ensuring solvent demand of the population, steady functioning of the domestic consumer market, saturation with its high-quality competitive consumer goods of national production, establishment of stable relations between the manufacturing companies and the trading Cabinet of Ministers organizations decides:

1. Form in case of the Complex of production of consumer goods and trade of the Cabinet of Ministers Republican council on carrying out the fair biddings in structure according to appendix No. 1.

The decisions made by Republican council within its competence are obligatory for all business entities irrespective of patterns of ownership.

2. Determine the main objectives of Republican council on carrying out the fair biddings:

rendering assistance in establishment of close, long trade and economic relations between the companies making consumer goods, and trading the organizations of the republic, preparation of suggestions for improvement of the mechanism of relations between them;

coordination of activities of permanent and seasonal wholesale fairs for realization of consumer goods;

the analysis of condition of the domestic consumer market and development of recommendations about production organization new, best-selling the populations, types of the consumer goods which were earlier not issued in the republic;

the organization of exhibitions and exhibitions sales for demonstration of the new technologies, the equipment and "know-how" connected with production of consumer goods;
