According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 28, 2018 the No. UP-5527 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing and Further Optimization of Interdepartmental Collegiate Organs" Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. Approve the Schedule of preparation and introduction till March 10, 2019 of regulatory legal acts on optimization of the interdepartmental collegiate organs specified in appendix No. 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 28, 2018 No. UP-5527 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing and Further Optimization of Interdepartmental Collegiate Organs" according to appendix No. 3.

4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. K. Davletov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 23, 2019 No. 161

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "an" of the Regulations on procedure for use of the means arriving from penalties for violation of the sanitary legislation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 1998 No. 147, to state in the following edition:

"on providing the managerial personnel of system of bodies of the public sanitary and epidemiologic service with office housing or for payment of compensation for its employment in case of their transfer into new place of employment according to the decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 7, 1999 No. 521 "About additional measures for attraction to the Republic of Uzbekistan long-term soft credits and to their effective use":

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. To provide to the ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan the organization of preparation, observance of procedure for approval, promotion and projects implementation within long-term soft credits";

b) declare appendix invalid.

4. In Regulations on the licensing of activities of religious educational institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 1, 2004 No. 99 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 3, the Art. 19):

"2. Decisions on issue of licenses, suspension or cancellation of the license, and also its cancellation and renewal are accepted by Committee on cases of religions under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Committee).

3. Functions of working body within execution of this provision are performed by the relevant division of Committee (further - working body)";

b) in Item 6 of the word "for a period of 5 years" shall be replaced with words "without restriction of term of its action";

The committee in time which is not exceeding ten days after receipt of the proposal of the worker of body considers it and approves by the protocol the made decision. The protocol of the made decision is signed by the chairman of Committee (his deputy)";

e) state Item 16 in the following edition:

"31. Cancellation of the license is made according to the decision of Committee in cases and procedure, the stipulated in Article 23 Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity".

The decision of Committee on cancellation of the license can be appealed in court. In case of recognition of groundlessness of cancellation of the license Committee by court bears before the licensee responsibility in the amount of the damage suffered by it.

32. Cancellation of the license is made according to the decision of Committee in cases and procedure, the stipulated in Article 24 Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity".

The decision of Committee on cancellation of the license can be appealed in court. In case of recognition of groundlessness of cancellation of the license Committee by court bears before the licensee responsibility in the amount of the damage suffered by it".

5. In Regulations on Committee on cases of religions under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 23, 2004 No. 196 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 4, the Art. 41):

a) add Item 7 with paragraphs the eleventh - the thirteenth the following content:
