About approval of the Regulations on licensing of publishing activities
According to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on licensing of publishing activities according to appendix No. 1;
No. 161 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 23.02.2019
2. The commissions in two weeks:
develop and approve regulations on the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of publishing activities and the working group on preparation of expert opinions;
approve members of working group on preparation of expert opinions.
3. Recognize invalid and make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.
