Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 26, 2008 No. 102-FZ "About ensuring unity of measurements" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 26, Art. 3021; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2013, No. 49, Art. 6339; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3366; No. 30, Art. 4255) following changes:

Part 2 of Article 9 to add 1) with offers of the following content: "Measuring instruments shall have the serial, serial numbers or other alphanumeric designations which are unambiguously identifying each copy of measuring instrument. The place, method and form of drawing number or other designation shall provide possibility of reading and safety in use of measuring instrument.";

2) in Article 12:

The federal executive body performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of ensuring unity of measurements, according to the statement of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, performing development, release from production, import to the territory of the Russian Federation, sale and application in the territory of the Russian Federation of standard samples or measuring instruments, issues the certificate on approval like standard sample or type of measuring instrument. The interval between checkings of measuring instrument and technique of its checking change the federal executive body performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of ensuring unity of measurements in the cases established by procedures, provided by part 7 of this Article.";

b) state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. Data on the approved types of standard samples and types of measuring instruments, on the changes made to them join in Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements according to the procedure, established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of ensuring unity of measurements according to part 3 of article 20 of this Federal Law. The scope of information about types of standard samples and types of the measuring instruments included in Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements is established according to the procedure, provided by part 3 of article 20 of this Federal Law.";

b) state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. Data on results of checking of measuring instruments are contributed to the Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are carrying out checking of measuring instruments in time established according to the procedure, provided by part 5 of this Article. The scope of information about results of checking of measuring instruments and procedure for inclusion of the specified data in Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements are determined according to the procedure, approved by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of ensuring unity of measurements according to part 3 of article 20 of this Federal Law.";

4) in Article 20:

a) part 1 after words of "data on results of checking of measuring instruments" to add with words ", data on results of monitoring of condition of system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, forecasting of measuring requirements of economy and society";

b) to add part 3 after the words "in it and" with words "modification of these data,";

Part 2 of Article 21 to add 5) with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:

"6) interagency coordination of activities for development and production of the measuring equipment in the Russian Federation;

7) organization of monitoring of condition of system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, forecasting of measuring requirements of economy and society.";

Article 25 to add 6) with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) conducting obligatory metrological examination of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation of requirements to measurements, standard samples and measuring instruments containing in projects.";

7) regarding 1 Article 26 of the word "on conducting obligatory metrological examination of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation of requirements to measurements, standard samples and measuring instruments containing in projects" to exclude.

Article 2

The results of checking of measuring instruments certified according to the regulatory legal acts operating about day of entry into force of this Federal Law are valid before the termination of interval between checkings of measuring instruments.

Article 3

1. This Federal Law becomes effective after two hundred seventy days after day of its official publication, except for Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective after two years after day of official publication of this Federal Law.
