About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 3) of Item 16 of the Regulations on Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 1996 No. 2922, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To territorial authorities of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to inform the relevant territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the made changes specified in Item 1 of this order in a month;

2) in two-month time to inform Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the action provided in the subitem 1) of this Item.

3. To provide to personnel department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within twenty calendar days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
