About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 398

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 398 "About approval of the Procedure and criteria of provision to standards of the status of national standards" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 49, the Art. 1576, No. 83, Art. 2751; 2019, No. 90, the Art. 3000), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of the subitem 2 of Item 13 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of June 6, 2019 No. 2740-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of acts of the European Union law in the field of technical regulation", but not earlier than day of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 398

1. To add the name and Item 1 of the resolution after words of "national standards" with the words "and deprivations of this status";

2. According to the procedure and criteria of provision to standards of the status of the national standards approved by the specified resolution:

The name of the Procedure after words of "national standards" to add 1) with the words "and deprivations of this status";

2) in Item 1 of the word of "national standards and their registration" shall be replaced with words "national standards, their registration and deprivations of this status";
