The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure and criteria of provision to standards of the status of national standards and deprivations of this status which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of June 5, 2014 No. 1314-VII "About metrology and metrological activities".

Procedure and criteria of provision to standards of the status of national standards and deprivations of this status

1. These the Procedure and criteria determine the procedure of provision to primary and secondary standards (including to the state standards and standards which are property of the companies and organizations) the status of national standards, their registration and deprivation of this status.

2. Criteria of provision to primary standards (including to the state standards and standards which are property of the companies and organizations) the status of national standards are:

1) ensuring with standard reproduction, storage and transfer of values of unit of measure of the International System of Units (SI) with the highest accuracy in the state;

1-1) ensuring traceability of dlyamezhdunarodny system with standard of units (SI) through availability of calibrating and measuring opportunities (SMS) published in the database of key reconciliations (KCDB) on the website of the International bureau on measures and Scales (BIPM);

2) identification of sample and availability of documentary drawn up metrological and technical characteristics;
