Bring in the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 1-2, of Art. 28; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1994, No. 10, Art. 250; 1998, No. 42, Art. 1551; 2004, No. 43, Art. 2840; 2008, No. 25, Art. 770; 2015, No. 59, Art. 1944; 2016, No. 41, Art. 1544; 2018, No. 23, Art. 770; 2019, No. 13, the Art. 473), changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 3 after words of "executive bodies" with the words "using means of the qualified digital signature or seal".
2. In Item 6:
The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:
"regulatory legal acts of the ministries and republican committees of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and the Sevastopol city, district, district state administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, their structural divisions - the relevant interregional managements of Ministry of Justice.";
The paragraph the fourth to exclude 2);

3. In Item 9:
