These rules of maintaining registers of members of chamber of appraisers, members of advisory council (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 8 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 2018 "About estimative activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and establish procedure for maintaining registers of members of chamber of appraisers and members of advisory council.
Maintaining registers of members of chamber of appraisers, members of advisory council is performed by chambers of appraisers electronically and take place on Internet resource of chamber of appraisers.
The payroll of appraisers and experts and the data on them containing in registers of members of chamber of appraisers and members of advisory council are open and public.";
