According to the subitem 5) of Article 4, Item 9 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2015 "About special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries" and Item 3 of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission No. 137 of August 6, 2019 I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment of amounts of special quota between participants of foreign trade activity for import of hot-rolled products.

2. To provide to department of foreign trade activity in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective till November 30, 2020.
