1. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 29, 2016 No. 104 "About approval of forms of notarial certificates, resolutions, certifying texts on transactions and documents witnessed by notaries" (it is registered No. 13561, is published in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Information system of law of Ad_let of April 8, 2016 to make the following addition:
add Item 1 with the subitem 93) in the following edition:
"93) the certificate on transfer on storage of the confidential will in form according to appendix 93 to this order.";
add with appendix 93 according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
