About Council of development of communities and territories

For the purpose of assistance to establishing effective interaction of state bodies with local government bodies in questions of development of priorities of the state regional policy and mechanisms of sustainable development of territorial communities taking into account standards of the European charter of local self-government and the latest approaches in the field of regional development, the solution of problematic issues of social and economic development of administrative and territorial units and according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Create Council of development of communities and territories as advisory advisory body in case of the President of Ukraine.

2. Approve Regulations on Council of development of communities and the territories it (is applied).

3. Regional, Kiev city to public administrations to form in accordance with the established procedure councils of development of communities and the territories as advisory advisory bodies headed by chairmen of the relevant local public administrations.

4. Declare invalid:

The presidential decree of Ukraine of April 21, 2015 No. 224 "About Council of regional development";

Item 2 of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 5, 2015 No. 253 "About modification of Presidential decrees of Ukraine of April 29, 1996 No. 305 and of April 21, 2015 No. 224";

item 4 of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 5, 2016 No. 431 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of Ukraine".

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
