1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2015 No. 373 "About approval of Rules of conducting military-medical examination and Regulations on bodies of military-medical examination in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11846, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let of August 26, 2015) the following changes:

Extraordinary medical examination of the military personnel of DShV and ChSN is carried out on return them from military-medical organization (the medical organization) after hospitalization concerning the diseases providing change of category of the validity to service in DShV (ChSN) if they are not examined by hospital VVK.

Military personnel of DShV and ChSN goes for extraordinary medical examination also according to the decision of the commander of military unit based on the conclusion of the doctor of military unit, the specialist doctor of military-medical organization.

In the presence at the military personnel of DShV and ChSN of diseases on which according to Requirements individual assessment of category of the validity to service is provided in DShV (ChSN) the conclusion "It is suitable for service in DShV (ChSN)" it is taken out in cases:

1) feasibility of preserving the serviceman on military service, according to command;

2) favorable forecast of disease;

3) positive spirit osvidetelstvuyemy on continuation of military service.

In this case the conclusion is taken out in the presence of all above-mentioned conditions. instructs specialists doctors about the organization and performing medical examination of citizens, explains regulatory legal acts concerning carrying out VVE;

daily sums up the results, analyzes results of medical examination of citizens and reports on their chairman of the draft commission;

makes explanations to citizens concerning medical examination in case of addition to draft sites, appeal on military service;

takes part in permission of the claims and statements connected with medical examination of citizens.".

2. To provide to management of the chief Tyl and arms of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
