1. Carry complete property complex of the Public mortgage institution (code according to EGRPOU 33304730) to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Finance.

2. To the Ministry of Finance in two-month time to perform in accordance with the established procedure actions for approval of the Charter of the Public mortgage institution, regulations on the supervisory board of Organization and its members, and also state registration of the specified Charter.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 3 of this resolution which becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
