Rules of maintaining the register of unfair water users and participants of auction on right to contract of water use

1. These rules establish procedure for maintaining the register of unfair water users and participants of auction on right to contract of water use (further - the register).

2. Maintaining the register is performed by Federal Agency for Water Resources (further - authorized body).

3. The register joins information on water users, rights to use by water objects of which were compulsorily stopped on the bases provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 3 of article 10 of the Water code of the Russian Federation and also about the winners of auction on right to contract of water use who evaded from the conclusion of the agreement of water use.

4. Maintaining the register is performed in state language of the Russian Federation in form according to appendix.

5. The register is kept in electronic form by its placement on the official site of authorized body on the Internet.
