About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2016 No. 95
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2016 No. 95 "About approval of modules of assessment of conformity which are used for development of assessment procedures of compliance, and rules of use of modules of assessment of conformity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 16, by Art. 625; 2018, No. 80, the Art. 2671) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of the subitem 21 of Item 14 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of June 6, 2019 No. 2740-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of acts of the European Union law in the field of technical regulation", but not earlier than in six months from the date of its publication.

1. In modules of assessment of conformity which are used for development of the assessment procedures of compliance approved by the specified resolution:
"Accredited test laboratory" shall be replaced with words 1) in the second offer of paragraph one of Item 10 of the word "accredited internal conformity assessment body";
