1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development, approval, approval, registration, accounting, change, review, cancellation and enforcement of the military national standards used for needs of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military forming.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 5, 2019 No. 134 "About approval of Rules of development, approval, approval, registration, accounting, change, review, cancellation and enforcement of the military national standards used for needs of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 18379, it is published on March 13, 2019 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to development department of defense industry complex of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
