3) the list of Interdepartmental Advisory Councils on establishment of causal relationship of diseases at persons, victims of radiative effects and the administrative territories assigned to them, appendix 1;

4) the list of the diseases which arose or aggravated in connection with impact of radiation factors owing to nuclear testing, Chernobyl and other radiation accidents, appendix 2;

5) methodical instruction for use of the list of the diseases which arose or aggravated in connection with impact of radiation factors owing to nuclear testing, Chernobyl and other radiation accidents, appendix 3;
