About establishment of rates for housing and communal services for the population for 2020

For the purpose of ensuring availability of payment by the population of housing and communal services:

1. Establish for 2020:

maximum permissible rates (prices) of housing and communal services and the amount of expense recovery of the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services for the electric power consumed on lighting of auxiliary rooms and operation of the equipment in apartment houses for the population (appendix 1);

maximum permissible rates (prices) of the housing and communal services providing full recovery of economically reasonable costs for their rendering for the population (appendix 2).

2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom taking measures to implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since January 1, 2020;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
