About additional measures for ensuring social protection of the soldiers internationalists and persons who were taking part in recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP
For the purpose of accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova of February 22, 1991 "About measures for implementation of offers of Republican council of soldiers internationalists and inventory" the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve the Republican program of social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova passing military service (or working) in divisions of the Soviet troops deployed in the countries in the territory of which fighting, and persons who were taking part in recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP was conducted.
2. Create in structure of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova management for disabled people, soldiers internationalists and participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP.
3. Increase the number of central office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova by 5 units with the annual salary fund in the amount 26, of 1 thousand rubles.
4. Accept the offer of Federation of independent labor unions of Moldova on provision to the soldiers internationalists and persons who were taking part in recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP, permits in sanatorium for improving treatment and rehabilitation and number of the privileges provided by the Program.
5. To the ministry of national economy of the Republic of Moldova to provide in need of privilege to the companies and organizations of Society "Chernobyl" of the Republic of Moldova and Republican council of soldiers internationalists and inventory of Moldova on commodity export for the purpose of receipt of the currency necessary for covering of expenses on treatment and prosthetics abroad persons which were affected by nuclear catastrophe and soldiers internationalists.
