For the purpose of enhancement of accounting of receivables and payables of budgetary institutions and receipts of resources from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in revenues of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 9, 114 and 118 Budget codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting" of August 16, 2017 No. 488 the following changes:
in the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 17 with paragraphs the tenth, eleventh the following content:
"-" Report on accounts payable" (appendix 25);
- "Report on receivables" (appendix 26);";
- add Item 31 with subitems 13, 14 and 15 following contents:
"13) daily receipt of resources from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in revenues of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix 27);
14) report on transfer and distribution of the amounts of import customs duties (appendix 28);
15) report on transfer and distribution of the amounts of the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties (appendix 29).";
- add the Instruction with appendices 25-29 in edition according to appendices 1-5 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
