RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Assign accomplishment of functions of the central certifying body to the Ministry of digital transformation.

3. To the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of digital transformation for the purpose of ensuring smooth operation of the central certifying body and provision of electronic confidential services to take joint efforts to:

1) to proper execution during transition period of the powers of the central certifying body determined by the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services";

2) to ensuring transfer of information and telecommunication system of the central certifying body.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020, except Item 3, which becomes effective from the date of publication of this resolution.

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the Electronic Government program approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2012 No. 236 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 23, Art. 881; 2015, No. 64, Art. 2128; 2017, No. 15, Art. 438; 2019, No. 21, Art. 723, No. 94, Art. 3101):

Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. Budgetary funds are allocated on:

creation, upgrade, administration and ensuring functioning of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies;
