About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2018 No. 693 "About creation of the special economic zone "TURKISTAN"

According to item 4 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2019 "About special economic and industrial zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2018 No. 693 "About creation of the special economic zone "TURKISTAN" the following changes:

in the Regulations on the special economic zone "TURKISTAN" approved by the specified resolution:

to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"The territory of SEZ is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and constitutes 3014 hectares. 5 subzones are part of the territory of SEZ: historic center of 297 hectares, administrative business center of 1350 hectares, industrial zones of 365 and 35 hectares, airport of 967 hectares.";

to be reworded as follows appendix to the Regulations on the special economic zone "TURKISTAN" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

to be reworded as follows the target indicators of functioning of the special economic zone "TURKISTAN" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
