ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About reorganization of some republican state companies on the right of economic maintaining the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 03.06.2022 No. 361)

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of geophysical surveys" of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
