About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 No. 295 and of April 18, 2018 No. 312

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 No. 295 "About the Procedure for carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, Art. 2156; 2006, No. 23, Art. 1720; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3252; 2015, No. 12, Art. 316, No. 78, Art. 2598; 2019, No. 20, the Art. 678) and of April 18, 2018 No. 312 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out ekologo-expert evaluation of the materials given for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 37, the Art. 1288) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, the edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine, No. 295 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996:
1) in Item 2:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"The state testing of medicines are carried out to representatives of Minekoenergo research establishments, the companies and the organizations, at the same time toksikologo-hygienic (medicobiological) researches - by the approved techniques in organizations, certain by Gosprodpotrebsluzhboy.";
