About modification and recognition voided some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except:

Items 1 - 8, the subitem of 1 Item 9, subitem paragraph two 2, paragraphs of the fifth, sixth and twentieth subitem 3 Items 10, Items 16 and 17   of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2020;

the subitem of 1 Item of 13 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective along with changes in legal acts regarding redistribution of powers and functions of the central executive bodies on ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of work, employment of the population, labor migration, employment relationships, social dialogue, industrial safety, labor protection, occupational health, the treatment of explosive materials, implementation of the state mountain supervision, implementation of the state supervision and control of observance of requirements of the legislation on work and employment of the population.
