About some questions of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of botany and phytointroduction" Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of botany and phytointroduction of" Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of botany and phytointroduction" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - institute).

2. Determine Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning institute.

3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) introduction on approval into Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of changes in the charter of institute;

2) the state re-registration of institute in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
