About some questions connected with use of the digital signature

For the purpose of implementation of article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the digital signature", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Procedure for forming, maintaining and transfer of registers of qualified certificates of keys of verification of the digital signature and other information in authorized body, and also provisions of data from such registers according to appendix 1;

- Rules of accreditation of certification centers according to appendix 2.

2. To the state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to develop and approve by the joint order:

- requirements to form of the qualified certificate;

- requirements to digital signature facilities and means of certification center;

- the project of regulations on confirmation of conformity of digital signature facilities and means of certification center to the requirements established according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the digital signature".

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17.12.2021 No. 310

4. Send this resolution for consideration in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
