About the organization and functioning of public organization "National Service on Management of Radio Frequencies"

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 272, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Charter of public organization "National Service on Management of Radio Frequencies" according to appendix No. 1;

2) structure of public organization "National Service on Management of Radio Frequencies" according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of public organization "National Service on Management of Radio Frequencies" in number of 81 units.

3. In a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide to public organization "National Service on Management of Radio Frequencies" transfer of remaining balance of financial resources from the bank accounts opened addressed to the suppliers providing paid services on the bank accounts opened on the single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance. After this term the organization will use only bank accounts opened on the single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance in the activities.

4. To the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure:

1) in 3-month time to develop and submit to the Government for approval Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by public organization "National Service on Management of Radio Frequencies";
