According to the subitem 11 of Item 3 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2019 No. 140-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring efficiency of the institutional mechanism of prevention of corruption", to Item 2 parts five of article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of consent by the National agency concerning prevention of corruption on dismissal of person responsible for implementation of the anti-corruption program approved by the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of October 7, 2016 No. 74, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2016 for No. 1542/29672, the following changes:

1) in item 4:

in paragraph one of the word "at meeting" to replace with the word "Chairman";

paragraphs two, third to exclude.

With respect thereto the fourth - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the second - the fifth;

in paragraphs second, third shall be replaced with words the words "makes the decision" "issues the order";

in paragraph four to replace the word "decision" with the word "order";

in paragraph five to replace the word "decisions" with the word of "order";
