About approval of the Procedure for provision of consent by the National agency according to the prevention of corruption on dismissal of person responsible for implementation of the anti-corruption program
According to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, to Item 2 parts five of article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", for the purpose of determination of the procedure of provision of consent by the National agency for the prevention of corruption to termination of the employment contract with person responsible for implementation of the anti-corruption program which works at the corresponding position in the legal entity specified in part two of article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" the National agency according to the prevention of corruption SOLVED:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of consent by the National agency according to the prevention of corruption on dismissal of person responsible for implementation of the anti-corruption program which is applied.
2. To submit to department of the organization of work on the prevention and identification of corruption in accordance with the established procedure this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Skopich A. D.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
