Some questions of reforming of public administration

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning reforming of public administration of change which are attached.

2. Determine that in 2019 heads of public service in state bodies within the economy of the salary fund formed at the expense of the means transferred according to the "Support of Realization of Complex Reform of Public Administration" program have the right to perform payment (to compensate) to specialists in questions of reforms of official pay rates, allowances for work which provides access to the state secret, length-of-service allowances, allowances for rank of the government employee from the date of position assignment if other is not stipulated by the legislation, monthly or quarter awards, awards by results of annual estimation, temporary disability benefit, annual leaves (compensation for unused annual leaves), and also all payments performed to specialists in questions of reforms in case of dismissal.
