Some questions of reforming of public administration

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring changes which are applied in some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that managements are formed in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for accomplishment of the tasks connected with coordination of work on strategic planning, the organization of preparation of offers to the Prime Minister of Ukraine concerning priorities of state policy, drafts of plans of priority actions of the Government and coordination of their further realization, carrying out the analysis of powers and functions of executive bodies, efficiency evaluations of their activities, and other tasks on expert analytically and other ensuring activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Forming of structure of managements of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is performed according to the requirements determined for the ministries by Item 1-1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 12, 2005 No. 179 "About streamlining of structure of the office of the central executive bodies, their territorial subdivisions and local public administrations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 11, the Art. 522).

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To the ministries:

1) within two weeks from the date of entry into force of this resolution to submit to the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning the list of managements in all spheres in which the relevant ministry provides forming of state policy;

2) to perform actions for reduction of structures of the ministries in compliance with this resolution and to provide in connection with such structures filling of positions of public service by transfer of government employees or appointment by results of tender.
