Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2013 No. 917 "Some questions of establishment by the medical and advisory commissions of disability to children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 100, Art. 3666; 2019, No. 47, the Art. 1607) and of April 25, 2018 No. 306 "Some questions of establishment of communication of disability with wounds or other damages of health" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 37, Art. 1293; 2019, No. 30, the Art. 1050) changes which are applied.

In the subitem 9 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the medical and advisory commission approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2013 No. 917, of the word of "the interdepartmental commission on questions of factual determination of receipt by persons of the wounds or other injuries of health received from explosives, ammunition and military arms in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation" shall be replaced with words "the interdepartmental commission on questions of factual determination of receipt by persons of the wounds or other injuries of health received from explosives, ammunition and military arms in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation, implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions".
