I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1.1. Regulations on the organization of sanatorium stage of complex medical rehabilitation in the conditions of specialized rehabilitation healthcare institutions (Appendix 1).
1.2. Indications and contraindications for the direction on sanatorium treatment in specialized rehabilitation healthcare institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic (Appendix 2).
1.3. Rules of medical selection and the direction of patients and disabled people on sanatorium treatment in specialized rehabilitation agencies (Appendix 3).
2. Assign to the Kyrgyz research institution of balneology and recovery treatment of function of the head organization coordinating the organization of sanatorium stage of medical rehabilitation in the conditions of specialized rehabilitation agencies of system of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the director of KNII of balneology and recovery treatment (Toktomushev Ch. T.):
3.1. provide the organization of sanatorium stage of complex medical rehabilitation of persons using according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic privileges for sanatorium treatment in the Kyrgyz scientific research institute of balneology and recovery treatment, the Regional center of medical rehabilitation of Kochkor-At, the Regional center of medical rehabilitation of "Joint stock company-Suu", on off-budget basis.
4. Bishkek to provide to directors of the regional joint hospitals, the head of department of the city hall the direction on treatment of citizens according to indications in specialized rehabilitation healthcare institutions, certain items 3 of this order.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Health AALIEV G. K.

1. Sanatorium treatment is stage of medical rehabilitation, is performed by the specialized rehabilitation healthcare institutions determined by the Ministry of Health of the KR on off-budget basis, coordinated by the Kyrgyz research institution of balneology and recovery treatment (КНИИКиВЛ).
2. КНИИКиВЛ gives organizational and methodical help to specialized rehabilitation healthcare institutions (the regional centers of medical rehabilitation), makes and distributes permits to sanatorium treatment, resolves the financial issues connected with providing sanatorium stage of medical rehabilitation.
3. Sanatorium treatment in specialized rehabilitation healthcare institutions is carried out according to permits.
4. Permits are provided to persons having privileges for sanatorium treatment by local authorities of social protection based on the agreement between КНИИКиВЛ and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 21, 2000. "About the organization of provision of permits to medical rehabilitation" according to Regulations on procedure for provision of permits to sanatorium treatment to the separate categories of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 7, 1997 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for No. 361 of April 25, 1997.
Other citizens needing sanatorium stage of complex medical rehabilitation acquire permits in КНИИКиВЛ (the regional centers of medical rehabilitation) for all-in cost.
The prices of permits are established proceeding from cost of services and products and affirm the director КНИИКиВЛ in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National commission on development and protection of the competition in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (its territorial authorities).
