Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center for research of financial violations" of Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget by transformation to "Center of Researches, Analysis and Efficiency Evaluation" limited liability partnership (further - partnership) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Core activities of partnership to determine:

1) organizational, expert and analytical, methodological maintenance and participation in efficiency evaluation of activities of the central state and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, capital;

2) organizational, methodological maintenance and forming of rating of regions and cities on ease of business;

3) carrying out scientific, analytical and other research, rendering consulting (consulting) services in the field of the state audit and financial control, economy, finance, public administration;

4) rendering information and analytical and expert services in the field of the state audit and financial control, economy, finance, public administration;

5) preparation, retraining and advanced training of personnel of the state audit and financial control, and also carrying out the training rates in the field of economy, finance, public administration;

6) confirmation of knowledge of persons applying for assignment of qualification of the statutory auditor.
