1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (are applied):

- paragraph two of ceased to be valid;

- paragraph of ceased to be valid;

- "About approval  of the Provision "About the Minimum Requirements on Management of Operational Risk in Commercial Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 15, 2005 No. 37/5";

- "About approval  of the Provision "About the Minimum Requirements on Liquidity Risk Management of Commercial Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 29, 2019 No. 2019-P-12/17-3-(NPA)".

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 31, 2023.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.09.2021 No. 2021-P-12/51-1-(NPA)

4. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
