According to the subitem 4) of Article 15 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 87-88, 631) the following change:

to be reworded as follows appendix 8 to the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020 and is subject to official publication.
