1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision of social guarantees and compensations to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.

2. Oblige heads of the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, heads of local public administrations, the companies and the organizations to provide constant control behind observance by all officials of the Regulations on procedure for provision of social guarantees and compensations to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.

3. Determine that financing of expenses on provision of social guarantees and compensations to the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash is performed at the expense of means republican and local budgets.

4. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- till March 1, 1994 to create data of the State register of victims owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, having included in it their children who were born after 1986;

- develop and implement the program for diagnostics, observation and treatment of the specified citizens;
